Free Shipping
We will bear the cost of the courier for shipping worldwide securely. We use Federal Express (FedEx) to ship our stones to your specified destination. In the event that FedEx cannot ship to your provided address, we will find an alternative (at same or lower shipping price) and if such cannot be done, then we unfortunately will not be able to complete the order.
We reserve the right to cancel the order depending on the destination.
Insurance
We will bear the cost of insurance for the shipment of such valuable goods.
Custom Formalities
We will pay for the shipment, however, any custom formalities, including custom duties, and/or local taxes and charges, or local documentation must be provided by you.
